WHAT WE DO
The Galaxy Welfare Trust is a Charitable Trust that was originally the idea of Mr. Arshad Hashmi which became possible with the help of friends. GWT started participating quiz and competition programmes back in 2015 and registered as NGO in 2017. GWT is creating a difference in the life of poor. We are a small, dynamic team with a wealth of helping nature.

We believe poverty is wrong, and that it is not an inevitable fact of life. We help people build better futures for themselves, hold the powerful accountable and save lives in poverty Our mission is to tackle the root causes of poverty and create lasting solutions.
LATEST PROJECT 1
Due to the current COVID-19 situation and lockdown many families will be struggling to put food on the table. We have come together all memebers as well as volunteers to fight this hard time, . we are organizing food parcels for such affected people with necessary groceries. we have successfully distributed 1000s food kits and still counting
LATEST PROJECT 2
The Ramadan food distribution project is primarily intended to provide food to needy fasting families during Ramadan. However, if there are non-Muslim or non-fasting families within the communities being served they are not discriminated against, provided they fulfil the requisite conditions in terms of food insecurity and need.
